Works for me

I have installed this on an early 2011 MacBook Pro running Mavericks, my iPhone 5 iOS 7.1, and iPad mini iOS 7.1.
The thing that you have to remember is that it only works over a local network… so your phone or iPad have to be on the same local wifi/network as your computer. Have to launch the app on your computer first, then launch on your iOS device. I have it as one of my login items so I don’t forget to do it.

I use it to pull up netflix when my MBP is connected to my TV and I don’t want to walk across the room to select the next episode of a show. Only problem is that the cursor is hard to see from that far away. And I’m sure I could figure out a solution to that problem, but it works for what I want to do. Haven’t really played with any of the other features. From what I can tell, this is one of the only remote solutions out there thats reasonably priced.
